Every shipped order is guaranteed to arrive with a live, premium mated queen. If a queen arrives dead, email or message a photo of the queen in her cage the same day your package is delivered and we will replace her or refund her price — your choice. The guarantee covers arrival; acceptance and performance after introduction depend on conditions in your colonies.
Orders are paid online at the tier prices shown at checkout. Queens come from the next monthly catch (around the 20th, February–November) unless we agree otherwise. If a catch comes up short, your order rolls to the front of the next catch or is refunded in full — your choice.
Overnight shipping is quoted by destination after you order and billed separately before queens travel. Risk in transit is covered by the live-arrival guarantee above. Pickup in Dade City, Florida is free.
Queens are live animals. We guarantee what we can control — genetics, mating, banking, and packing. Weather holds, carrier delays, and colony conditions after introduction are outside any breeder's control.
