When the Florida swamp blooms in spring, our bees work water-country nectar you can't farm, can't fake, and can't buy in a store. We pull it raw, keep it unfiltered, and sell it the way beekeepers actually buy honey — five gallons at a time, $300 a bucket.

Buckets are pickup only — 60 pounds of honey travels best in your own truck. Grab it in Florida with your queens, or in Pennsylvania with your coffee.
